TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ordering

At least 3 working days in advance prior to function date. All booking is upon availability. An administration charge of $30.00 will be levied on any changes made to the menu, time, and headcount. All amendments must be made 3 working days before the function date. Written/verbal cancellation must reach us at least 5 working days before the function date, or else 50% of the invoice amount will be charged.
FULL invoice amount will be charged for any cancellation less than 24 hours before the event. We provide 10% buffer for ordered quantity. The management reserves the right to replace the menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event.

Delivery

Time Duration of a function is 4 Hours upon arrival time.
A minimum delivery charge of $35.00 for all districts. For delivery to Jurong Islands or location outside main land, additional transportation of $35.00 is applicable.
Our delivery time is 8AM to 8PM
Overtime usage is chargeable at $15/hour
An overtime charge of $35/hour will be levied for collection/delivery between 11PM to 8AM.
Arrangement for next day collection is chargeable at $50.00.
